Todd Thiewes has been selling and leading individuals for over 30 years.
His career includes a successful record of accomplishments as a self-employed Independent Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Director of Sales Operations. He is currently a Vice President of Sales for Sandler Training. His walk with our Lord started 1997. He and his wife, Sarah, have two adult children. His experience and faith journey has allowed him to exercise creative and innovative ways to motivate, lead, and inspire.

She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, a published author, speaker, and committed fitness enthusiast. Her faith in Christ anchors her work and life. She and her husband have two children. Her passion for healing and purpose fuels her calling to inspire and equip others to grow, lead, and thrive with courage and spiritual clarity.
